Wetherby & District Toy Appeal - great results!

The Wetherby & District Toy Appeal has been a great success, thanks to the hard work of David and Lynne and others, and the generosity of the people in Wetherby.

People of toy appeal

 

Over 360 toys have been collected and they are now with our Salvation Army friends for wrapping and distribution to needy children throughout the area.Toys and gifts were received on four Saturdays in November and December, and also at several shops around the town which kindly acted as collection points.

An excellent range of toys and gifts were generously donated, covering an age range of 0 -18 years.

Well done, Wetherby!
